Running and maintaining a shared subscription platform like CreatorToolz requires significant infrastructure, licensing, and operational costs. For this reason, we maintain a strict no-refund policy for all our plans, including monthly, quarterly, and annual subscriptions.
No Refunds – No Exceptions
CreatorToolz operates on a group buy tool sharing model, which is inherently different from individual software services. Once you purchase a plan and gain access to our tools, the service is considered fulfilled. Therefore:
- No refunds will be issued under any circumstances after purchase.
- Tool access is provided as promised; usage responsibility lies with the subscriber.
- Occasional tool downtime or access limits are part of the group buy model. These are not grounds for a refund.
To illustrate:
- Do you request a refund from Facebook if your ad doesn’t convert?
- Do you expect GoDaddy to refund a domain name you didn’t use?
- Will Shopify refund you for a store you didn’t market?
Similarly, subscribing to CreatorToolz gives you access to a bundle of premium tools at an extremely low cost. The value lies in the access — not usage outcome.
Lifetime Deal Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day partial refund window only on lifetime deal purchases, under the following conditions:
- If you raise a refund request within 30 days of purchase, you may be eligible for a pro-rata refund.
- The refund will be adjusted based on the number of days the service was used and the cost of tools accessed.
- Refunds requested after 30 days will not be entertained under any condition.
Support During Downtime
We continuously monitor and maintain all tool access. However, as this is a shared system, there may be rare instances where a tool faces downtime or usage limits. This is not a fault, but a known characteristic of shared access.
In such cases, we encourage you to immediately contact our support team. We will do our best to restore tool access as quickly as possible.
