Please read the following terms carefully before using CreatorToolz. By subscribing to our services, you agree to the policies outlined below:

1. Desktop/Laptop Only Access

All tools available through CreatorToolz are optimized exclusively for desktop or laptop use. Mobile usage is not supported. Please do not request login credentials, IDs, or passwords for any tools, as we do not provide direct account access.

2. Single User Access Policy

Subscriptions are intended for individual use only. Sharing, reselling, or using the same subscription across a team or multiple users is strictly prohibited. If tool-sharing is detected, your account will be permanently suspended without any prior notice. For teams or multiple users, separate subscriptions must be purchased.

3. Fair Usage Policy

CreatorToolz is designed for individual creators, freelancers, and small businesses. We maintain an approximate 1:30 user-to-tool ratio. If your usage exceeds reasonable limits or affects shared access quality, your account may be restricted or terminated. Users with high-intensity usage are advised to purchase the official subscription of the tool directly.

4. Uptime and Access Limitations

We do not guarantee 24/7 uptime of any tool. These are shared accounts and occasional access limits or temporary downtime may occur. While we strive to ensure the highest availability, these limitations are part of the group access model. If you experience an issue, contact our support team and we will work to restore access promptly.

5. Package Modification Policy

Users cannot modify their package or add/remove tools during an active subscription month. Changes or upgrades can only be made at the end of each subscription cycle.

6. Strict No Refund Policy

All sales are final. Due to the nature of our group buy model, we are unable to offer refunds under any condition. We are committed to maintaining quality and uptime, and our team works continuously to deliver consistent service. If a tool goes offline, we encourage you to notify us via the support chat for resolution.
